Not all applicants are accepted for admission. Contracts are offered upon the successful completion of the following application process.
Phase I
- Scheduled parental visit
- Copy of a recent comprehensive evaluation - within three years *
- All previous test reports and pertinent information *
- Other medical evaluations
- Speech and language, vision, hearing evaluations I.E.P. report -- if available
- School transcript or report card
Phase II
- Complete application with $50 non-refundable fee
- Crisman contacts three professionals who have worked with the student
Phase III
- Student visits for two days.
* if testing has not been done within the prior 2 years, a complete evaluation by our staff will need to be completed.
